For larger projects, this focused, in-home consultation is designed to give you a clear understanding of what your project will involve before any decisions are made.

Over two hours, we review your home, discuss your priorities, and explore what’s realistically involved.

When Rightsizing, a second property can also be considered for an additional fee.

You’ll then receive a detailed written Project Roadmap that provides clarity, structure, and confidence in how to proceed.

The Consultation includes:

• In-depth review of your home, furnishings, and design direction

• Discussion of how you want your space to feel and to work for you

• Initial design approach and desired level of fit-out

Your Project Roadmap includes:

• Detailed Consultation Summary and key findings

• Outline of Project Scope and requirements

• Indicative Fit-out Budget and Design Fees

The Consultation Fee can be offset against Fully Managed Interior Design Services

You are guided through each stage with clarity and support, ensuring decisions feel manageable and informed. Implementation and Fit-out are fully project managed.

What this includes:

• Concept Development — design direction, layout, and spatial planning

• Design & Specification — materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting selection

• Implementation & Fit-Out — coordination of suppliers and project oversight

• Completion — final installation and review
