Everything about my own 1990’s ensuite bathroom had become outdated - from the busy Laura Ashley tiles, to the large, kitchen-style vanity unit, to the tiny shower tray surrounded by a shower curtain.

I transformed the space with a new layout, and updated the sanitaryware to include a wall-hung WC, a double drawer vanity unit with integrated basin and recessed wall cabinet with LED lighting, and a generous walk-in shower tiled with large-scale tiles.

Softly marbled grey tiles in wet areas only and pale grey wall colour amplify the light from the velux window, and a whisper-quiet in-line ventilation fan enhance the sense of space and calm, providing a bright, neutral backdrop for artwork, leafy plants and coloured towels.

A perfect place to begin and end each day.
